Most of my sound starts with a Stratocaster. The attack, the dynamics and the way the volume knob cleans up make it the perfect guitar for blues. Different guitars add different colours, but the core always stays expressive and touch sensitive.
The Voice of the Music
The Stratocaster is the central instrument. Its single-coil pickups, dynamic response and the way it reacts to picking strength make it the right platform for blues. The note blooms when you dig in, and cleans up when you ease off. That connection between hands and sound is what matters.
